I'm currently doing Slimming World but getting completely derailed by my TOTM - I just get terrible cravings for carby, sweet stuff or salty crisps and can just eat as though I've got hollow legs. I don't even realise I've done it sometimes I just get a bit 'possessed' by it! I lose weight slowly due to PCOS (which doesn't help my hormones), so a week of eating rubbish can undo all my work the rest of the month. Not allowed the pill due to migraines, but can anyone suggest any other remedies to stabilise my hormones a bit - supplements etc?
