Can't lose the last half a stone

Hi ladies I am 9 stone and need to lose the last 7 pounds it's just not coming of . Had my third baby 5 months ago

Hi bum is 23.4 and I am now using a Fitbit trying to do over ten thousand steps a day x

I think we're around the same height.. (I'm 5ft3). I'm happy with my weight though and if anything would like to plateau on purpose! A worth of advice though, this 10k steps won't do much for calorie deficit. Walking is great for general fitness but not for losing weight. It would be great if you could do at least 3 hours of some high impact exercise (hiit/Zumba or even running !)

I'm trying to lose the last half stone too. Walking won't do it. I walk everywhere.

My problem is that I'm so close now I lack will power. Plus my husband prefers me like this. Very demotivating.

Same here before I got pregnant I was 8.7 stone was told too thin . My hubby prefers me like this but I just can't seem to be happy

I will continue to persevere , I will th excersise , im also due on my period in 5 days so don't think the fluid retention is helping
