I've been trying to lose weight since Jan. I'm eating less and exercising more and have lost nearly a stone which I know is rubbish but I'm back in normal bmi range for my height. The last couple of weeks I've been hungry all the time. I'm low carbing so eating lots of veg and veggie protein as I don't eat meat. Please help me feel full but keep the calories down so I stop snacking , any food ideas?
