Started last Thursday. Lost 3lbs so far. I'd like to lose weight as I feel uncomfortable and in turn I feel unhappy.
I'm doing SW and trying to keep within 1200 calories by tracking with MFP. I'm not sure whether the two can work in conjunction with each other but I'm losing weight so I'll stick with it.
Stats - 5ft 4. Starting weight 10.10
Weigh in currently 10.7.
Goal weight - not set yet but less than 9.10 hopefully. I looking too thin at less than 9.4 so somewhere in between!! The lowest I've been is 9.4 but pregnancy put paid to that!!
