Never ever done a beach holiday and have booked a holiday to Cyprus with husbands family May 2018. I have 11 months.
I NEED to lose 3 stone. I crept up to over 15 stone last year but have managed to get down to 14. My goal is 11 stone which made me size 12 before I had the kids and I felt comfortable.
I've tried every diet going in the past but always give up after the first stone and put it on again.
I don't really know where to start. I've made a shopping list for tomorrow so included plenty fruit and veg and lean meats.
I think I'm going to follow something along the lines of banana yoghurt/overnight oats and berries for breakfast, salad whole meal wraps/pittas/homemade soup for lunch, and sensible 400-500 calorie main meal and cutting out snacks. Maybe just the odd handful of unsalted nuts or Greek yoghurt. And of course to get moving.
Any helpful tips? Ideas? Regimes? It just seems impossible right now.
