Can I slim down by doing weights only?

I dint care what it says on the scales - and i dont want to do cardio - could I do weights at the gym and change my shape for the better?

Absolutely! In fact this is only what I do in the gym. You will have to eat well too but for me weights are far better at body sculpting and weight loss than cardio.

What is a good approach to start off? How many hours can I do on each session and can I do it everyday? I am off work at the moment and have the time to dedicate....

Have a nosey on bodybuilding.com they have lots of articles and free workout routines. Never ever ever ever pay for a workout programme when there are so many free ones

You can build muscle by doing weights but if you want to lose somebody fat you will need you address what you eat as well

Generally people tend to do an area a day, so shoulders Monday, legs Tuesday etc. It's the best way to tone and sculpt along with a clean diet
