Have recently not been eating great at all!

I have a tummy I need to get rid off Shock but need some healthy meals? Lunches and dinners?

Off shopping tomorrow so any ideas would be appreciated Grin

Slimming world meals are generally easy and really nice, I've been following it for 13 years. Easy stuff like spag bol (lean mince, no oil etc), steak and new potatoes, sausages and mash (Linda McCartney red onion sausages, mash with milk rather than butter) with baked beans and veg, chicken curry, chilli, BBQ, all can be really healthy and nice! Lunches could be omlettes, wholemeal roll, sweet potato wedges, jacket potato... Good luck Op

Thank you!! If I made something like fish and veg I don't think it would fill me up, could I add A LOT of different veg?

I am losing weight through my fitness pal and yes veg is relatively low calorie. I eat a lot of mushrooms and peppers as they are incredibly low in calories. I mainly fill myself up on protein and veg with a small amount of carbs.

So at the moment I am eating lots of chicken soup with carrots, peppers, onions, mushrooms, sweet corn. Sometimes I'll add chilli, coriander, ginger and lime juice to make it seem a bit Thai style or noodles. I am also enjoying a lot of omelettes too.

DefinitelyLittleprawn we eat tons of veg. It's unlimited on SW and great way to fill up.

Chilli Salmon with sweet potato mash, broccoli, mangetout and carrots

Paprika Chicken breast with a big salad

Veg chilli ( I use butter beans, kidney beans, chickpeas and cannelloni beans, peppers, onion) I have with a small portion of rice

Pesto cod with baby potatoes and veg

Spag Bol, I just have a small portion of spaghetti and some steamed veg with mine

Stir fry ( any meat you like, any veg and I use noodles too) quick & easy

Soup is a good lunch, can have a fairly large bowl of veg soup for low calories
Omelette ( add in plenty of veg)
