It was my birthday the day I rejoined so I did exceed my syns that evening due to a Pizza Express Leggera pizza and a small cupcake. But I've been good the rest of the time.
Managed to put on 1/2 a pound! WTF. What's happening?? I feel really deflated.
Im averaging 10-11 syns per day, do I need to go lower than this??
I don't want to go off tack, I'll keep going but looking for som advise/motivation.
