Hi everyone! Long time lurker, first time poster! Also namechanged for this, not sure why lol
From Monday on I'm back in business. I'll give you some background as it might help with the advice you lovely people will offer: back in 2012 I weighed 62 kgs (oh dear Lord) at the fabulous height of 1.57 (embarassed). With a lot of gym, a bit of a diet & plenty water I got to 46 (way to skinny). In 4 years since 2013 when I weighed 46 kgs I now weigh.... 58! Ffs!

-Going to a dietician & posibly some therapy as I am an emotional eater
-membership to the gym as of monday
-control
Question: anyone care to explain how even at 58 kgs still a size 8/SMALL as I was at 46 kgs? That baffles me!
Question 2: how do you manage to lose weight/what's your motivation & how
Do you deal with temptation??? :-)
3; what are your main quick, healthy but delicious meals/snacks?
Do you get a treat once a week or so?
