Basically, before I had baby 11 months ago I weighed 9st 1lb and size 8/10 and I thought I was fat lol what a joke! Any way I'm now 10st 12 1/2 I literally can't stop eating, the baby still gets up once / twice a night and wakes up for the morning at 5 am so I feel knackered all the time so I eat for fuel or that's what I tell myself, when I eat I just can't stop I'm just so greedy!
I could do with some advice on how to replace the junk food with a healthy snack or some tips on how to change my eating habits. I need to lose weight! Help!
