Is anyone still doing the Paul McKenna I can make you think method?

Or have you done it and did it give you long term results?
I have heard a lot about it a couple of years ago but nothing recently.
I need to lose 3 stones but want to research what is best before I embark on a plan.

Doseydots how are you getting on with it now? Thinking of buying the sugar book

Doseydots · 16/07/2017 22:23

Hi oddsocks this is going really well. Though I did fall off the wagon on Friday. I hadn't done the hypnotic trance the night before and I have had a period for the first time in 5 years (I am in between coil changes) so I am blaming my uncontrollable binge on them two factors. Despite this, I am still very chilled out with the kids, feeling good and positive and sugar hardly ever crosses my mind. I daren't stop doing the hypnotic trance though in case I go back to my raving lunatic, sugar guzzling self.
.

I might try this . I am currently doing slimming world but am finding I need to make different adjustments to my life .

I am sick of dieting and counting points and syns etc etc . I am still going to class though to get weighed and I like the leader .

But recently I have been listening to Michael sealey on YouTube the weight loss one . It's 46 mins long I have never got past 10 mins as I fall asleep. But I have started to notice thinks. I eat the liberte vanilla yoghurt and yesterday I had some and I thought it was unbearable sweet and I could not eat it . I am not thinking about the next meal all the time .

Another thing I did was after reading another thread here was download the book intuitive eating . That is opening my eyes . I am only in first few chapters . I think for the first time in a long time I am feeling in control of what and how I eat .

I will definitely look at Paul Mc kenna . This might be my way to go .
What I really like is I am finally sleeping for about 6 hours straight . This is big for me

Oh I might that Michael Sealey one.

I have the other Paul McKenna books all on my iPad, I listen to one of his trances most nights and always sleep well. I must, say I am in a good place mentally and health wise. And at the moment, very chilled out with the kids. I never listen to any of his trances all the way through, am asleep a couple of minutes into them. I think he hypnotises me to buy his books!

Let me know how you get on.

I have had this book on request at the library for weeks and now I learn I can get stuff online! (I am quite old)

I did think the wait meant people liked the book (stole it?) so it's interesting to hear your opinions.

Rollercoaster lol yes you can . It's handy . Lol
I am enjoying the read so far . I can certainly identify myself in some of the traits . I am however most definitely the professional dieter.

Doseydots · 22/07/2017 17:13

I am loving the Michael Sealey trances. I seem to have a good day after listening to him. I am working my way through his different ones, not just the weight loss.

riviera01 · 18/08/2017 12:13

Doseydots how are you getting on with Michael sealey . I am feeling way more relaxed than ever.

I'm not currently dieting , I might have a couple of lbs creeping on but I think it's more from an adjustment period and holidays . I am probably eating more mindfully I think and certainly not eating lots of rubbish . Will keep on going for a while
