Right, I need to get myself in hand. I have an 11 month old, I have 2 stone to loose and am back to work in 2 months, I want it gone by then. I have never been overweight in my life and am so disappointed with myself, it's starting to get me down. I can't fit into any of my clothes and my huge arse makes my feel like I being followed around by another person all day.
I am trying to decide between Weight Watchers or Slimming World. I have tried My Fitness Pal but found it confusing as things like one piece of brown toast seemed to have a range of different calorie counts. I also mainly cook from scratch so got confused as to how I record/track that.
I plan to do circuits 2/3 times a week and get back to reformer pilates. I think my problem is portion control as I eat relatively healthily.
I like to be able to have a drink, I like pasta. I would prefer to do everything online and keep track with an app and am not that interested in going to meetings.
Does anyone have a view and what would be best for me?
