Feasible to drop an inch in a month?
8

I put on a stone during the pregnancy of my second child. I'm now between sizes 8 and 10 and I'm due to attend a wedding on the 1st July. Do I buy the slightly lose size 10 dress or the 8 and desperately try and lose the inch round my stomach?
Is that even possible in 30 days? If so how could I manage it? I'm worried if I buy the 10 and slowly lose weight the 10 will be far far to big in a few months time and the dress never to be worn again, but I also don't want to squeeze into the 8 and look like I'm stretching it!

Can't you hold off on buying the dress for a couple of weeks? Then see which is the better option?

Just buy a dress later!

Yes it is, try 'Jillian Michaels 30 day shred' DVD it's brilliant for toning around your stomach and losing inches.

I could do but it's a little independent boutique so I don't know how many of the dress they have, and I have fallen in love with the cut.

Buy both and return one in two weeks if returns policy allows?

Yes. Stop eating all sugar and you'll loose it!

Buy the bigger dress and take it to be altered the week before the wedding

And as well as cutting back see if you can fit in15 mins of hoola hooping every day to improve your core
I've lost an inch in 16 days and I think it's the hoola hooping that's made the difference
