BSD shopping list for a couple of days until my books come.

Can anyone give me a quick shopping list.
I've ordered the book and 2 recipe books but I've run out of food and need to get a small shop in tomorrow.

Eggs
Veg
Meat

So breakfasts omelettes, scrambled eggs, with ham/mushrooms spinach etc or Greek yoghurt with nuts.

Lunches I tended to have chicken legs with skin on with veg like brocolli, asparagus, runner beans.

Dinner something like pork with a creamy sauce and more veg.

Obviously the recipe books give you proper recipes with herbs and spices but no point in buying it until you've looked through books and worked out what you like the idea of and what you don't fancy

Just cut out carbs, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and sweet stuff.

I've done LC before
I do eat eggs most mornings but I must admit toast is my downfall.

Happily not eat potatoes,rice,pasta.
