I've lost 24lbs. I need to lose the same again to get to my target.
My clothes fit so much better and I look and feel better. But, like everyone, sometimes I really struggle not to say 'fuck it' and have an entire cake and wine and burgers and chips and curry. No one has commented on my weight loss which to be honest isn't helping, despite the fact I'm doing this purely for myself. I know that sounds selfish.
I can usually keep my head and stay on track but struggling more recently. Please tell me how you keep yourself motivated in those moments of temptation
