Feeling cold all the time!

Hi all, I have lost 18lbs since new year, following no s diet. Basically 3 healthy meals no snacks or sweets except at weekend. Im excerising 4 times a week.
My BMI is currently 24. I had hoped to lose another 4lbs and then maintain.

For the past few weeks I have been feeling very cold, lacking energy & frequent headaches. Initially I thought I was coming down with something but Im now wondering if its due to the weight loss? The only other times I have felt this way is when I have been on a very low calorie diet or a juice detox.
Im eating regular healthy meals and am not hungry or restricting any food groups.

Is my body readjusting to a lower weight ?
Any one experienced similar?

I get this. After weeks and weeks of eating well I suddenly just feel starving hungry and sort of unwell. I need to spend a few days eating to adjust and then I'm fine.

BMI is about 23 and I'm cold often too now!

Thats interesting Queen. I had been feeling fantastic, loads of energy, skin glowing etc then all of a sudden I hit this wall.
Do you increase the amount you eat for a few days till you feel normal again?

I've been experiencing this too. In fact I was going to post a thread about. Glad it's not just me.

I've lost 19lbs. 2 stone to go. BMI still 'overweight' but I find I am much colder than normal and struggle to stay warm. Previously, I was a pretty warm person. I've not felt run down or under the weather though. Have you tried Berocca?

Your body does take a while to adjust to loosing the weight. I lost 3.5 stone and I was really cold all the time - eventually my body temperature stabilised although I still do feel the cold (prob cos of less body fat!) Be careful not to over-exercise though because if you're have a low fat diet you could be burning off too much, and may end up exhausting yourself x
