Nearly at goal weight and can't tell

I've been doing SW after panicking about reaching my top weight of 12st (5ft 6in/size 14). I set a goal of 10st 7lbs and am currently at 11st. But I don't feel or look like I've lost a stone. No one has noticed I've lost anything and I don't feel like my clothes are a lot looser or that I look any different. Even though I had a goal set out, I think really I hoped I wouldn't want to go that far and be happy with less weight loss. I've found it really hard and I feel really deflated. I expected to feel great after losing a stone and I don't!
Anyone else had this?

I often find that the inch loss, and thus the looser clothing, tends to come after the first stone on me. I think a lot of the initial loss is water and visceral fat so perhaps doesn't show too much? Anyway I'm sure you will shortly see the weight loss in the mirror as well as the scales - well done!

Thank you, maybe that's it. I'll stick with it, but it's easy to wobble and hit the Maltesers when you're not seeing much benefit!

I could only tell I had definitely lost weight after my first stone :)

Thanks for replying. I suppose I just thought because I wasn't trying to lose loads then I'd be happier quicker. I honestly thought that I'd be done after a stone and happy to just maintain...
