I can't wait - it's due out mid May Does anyone know anything about it? It's sounds just what I need - as a IBS sufferer and someone prone to yeast over.growth especially after antibiotics

I've struggled with 5:2 as I get nauseous so I'm hoping this will suit me better Does anyone have any idea of what it might involve as I'd like to get started on it early or at least get myself in the right frame of mind

TieGrr Yes I can definitely back up that idea, I follow the blood type diet By Dr. Peter D'damo and it really works brilliantly for my health.

I am a fan of MM, and a precursor to his book is a book called "Gut" by Giulia Enders which is a fun fascinating read. As it turns out, I have been doing pretty much everything MM suggested, (well before his excellent book was published) cutting out processed food, eating lots of veg and greens, eating ferment foods etc. MM has just provided all the scientific evidence now, reinforcing my belief in eating in this manner.
If anyone wants to make homemade yoghurt, I have a detailed recipe on my blog. It's foolproof and doesn't need any special equipment.
