I am a size 14. Was in primark today picked up a size 16 sundress (16 to allow for primark coming up small) Get home is at least 4 inches too narrow. This makes me a size 20 by a primark standards. Also tried a size 16 dress on in new look that would not go over my boobs. Am I the only one who is fed up of sizing??

I am but from the other end of the spectrum. I had always been a size 14 (maybe at points that was too loose and at others to tight but in the end a 14 would always fit me). Now that I'm a size 6 it's pretty much impossible to find clothes!! Primark seems to be on the baggy side but I've only bought PJ's, tops and underwear lately. I would suggest Gap, their sizing is always pretty consistent

How did you get from 14 to 6?

  1. Months total. 2 of just excercise and no real diet (about 5 hours a week of light exercise). Then four months of a controlled diet Mon-Fri (1200) and 9. Hours if more intense exercise :)
