So I've lost the weight (most of it anyway - I feel like I've become too small, but i think that's just being used to the new me!).
I know in order to not gain it back, I'll have to change my diet permanently. But I'm stuck with that. I'm starting to get hungry and I also don't want to lose any extra weight (I know the exercise will take care of that), but going from a 1200-1500 calorie to something more "normal" is kind of daunting to me
