I do 40 mins each day and the calories vary depending of what machine (home or gym) but I'd average about 350.

Hope that helps

Thanks, Dior - my resident MN/WW expert! I've been back on WW for about a month but no significant weight loss. At least not compared to a protein/low fat diet, which gets weight off like the wind but I just can't bear to put my body & my psyche (esp) through that torture atm. How are you doing? Dieting or just taking it easy?

Indiajane, you do 40 mins EVERY DAY?! Uh, when do you find the time & the courage? I'm doing 3 times a week which seems like a lot to me!I'm also doing yoga twice a week, so that helps.

I know the feeling, Dior. I "missed" my meeting today because I saw this morning that I'd put on about 2kgs since last week. I was supposed to get my period today but still...

So disgusted with myself that I think I'll punish myself (and dh,dc,friends, etc) with the protein diet after all. I hate this lumpy look!
