Hello all;
Just found out I'm pregnant with my second child. It's very early days so I'm gonna keep up with my usual spin and Pilates classes - but I am absolutely terrified of putting weight on
I'm size twelve, 5ft 1 and could probably do with losing a stone anyway
I have not stopped crying at the thought of putting on two stone with another pregnancy
I know I sound so ridiculous. I am so aware of this but I am distraught
Could someone maybe help me with some healthy eating? I eat a strict 1,200 calories a day anyway, I put weight on if I go over this ðŸ˜
