When did your weight loss start to show?

I'm very nearly at my first stone, with another two that need to come off 🙄 I'm starting to see the difference and I've gone from a 16 to a 14. I don't think it's that obvious to others yet though.

Well done on the loss, that's brilliant! I think it depends on a) how tall you are and b) whether people feel like they can mention it to you. I'm short (5'3) and had to lose a fulll stone for a colleague to say something. But I'm fitting into some of my lovely old dresses now so that's all the approval I need!

I agree re mentioning it; many times I have observed that people have lost weight and not mentioned it to them.

I'm 5ft 7ins. It's coming off my tummy and my face at the moment.

People who know me and see me often noticed at around the one stone mark. People who don't know me very well only started to comment once I hit the two stone mark.
