Has anyone else used this? I am really not into weight loss 'products' but my, this stuff fills you up and makes me less food-obsessed when trying to control my calorie intake.

My main problem is that I am greedy and have no off switch. I like fairly healthy foods, just eat way too much of them plus I have to take medication that makes me gain weight.

I gather it's not suitable for anyone with swallowing issues and I can see why, if it goes down the wrong hole it's mightily unlpleasant. Also it tastes like dirt but you can disguise it in a smoothie or juice or similar.

Has anyone else tried this stuff?

I used to use this a lot as had / have IBS, you need to drink loads of water whilst taking it as it will clog you up.
It does make you go a lot which leads to less bloating Smile however it's not really filing as it all passes through Grin

Not much clogs me up but noted about the water.

I'll stick with it a bit longer as I think it is curbing my appetite :)

But god it tastes awful!

Yep made me gag whilst drinking it Smile

I've used it and thought it helped.

I recognise (i think) what you say have no off switch

That's me when I eat lots of carbohydrate ( other than fresh leafy green vegetables)

Have a look at some of the threads over in low carb bootcamp. The way of eating allows eating as much as you want .... excluding wheat and sugar based carbs. Sounds fantastical but I found that in practise, once you get off the treadmill of eating carbs, insulin response followed by a crash which makes you look for more food, my appetite was significantly reduced. It took a few days, during which i had such an urge to eat sugary stuff as if my life depended on it. Now I'm free of that horror and feel much better for it.

Hope you find what works for you.

Thaks for that Finally.

It turns out, thpugh, that I can in fact eat way too much cheese on low carb plan and consequently not lose any weight :)

This is the stuff that's in Fybogel? It's supposed to keep you regular, not full you up?
