Kick start easter

Hi all,

So, I now have 5 days off work due to the Easter holidays and have decided to use them to kick start my diet.
I only have around a stone to lose but have been finding it impossible. I work full time with two young children and find I'm so exhausted after work that I'm grabbing carb loaded dinners and wine everyday. It also doesn't help that I work in an office that is constantly filled with biscuits, sweets and cake.
So for the next 5 days there will be no bread, rice, pasta, potatos, sweets or biscuits. Can't fully commit to no alcohol but definitely reduce it.
I just feel so horrible and bloated at the moment so hoping that even if I don't lose any weight I will feel less sluggish.
This is more of a diary for me but feel free to join me.
Breakfast was mushrooms and half tin of tomatos. Will check in at lunch.

Lunch was a couple of slices of Palma ham and chorizo with tomato and cucumber. Dinner will be a large veg stir fry. No snacks yet and surprisingly not at all hungry.
Trying to be super strict especially as it's the first day. Hope it lasts
