Good for you op!

I started last Friday. I'm the heaviest I've ever been. The past two years have been hell and I've comfort eaten my way to 80kg I'm normally 62-64kg.

So far I've cut out snacks, reduced portion size and made sure I've done at least 10,000 steps.

Feel better mentally but it is a huge battle of wills at the moment. I'll weigh myself on Sunday and see if there has been a loss!

@Draylon I love that ! May write it on the fridge !
Glad I'm not on my own as others have shared weight mine is currently 12.11 I'm 5.6 and wear a 14. Before DS who will be 3 in July I was a 12 with a bit of room .( though did lots of gym and classes in those days)

Feel like most of the weight has gone to my face too of arms and stomach !

On a sunnier note I just got out a old SW book from 2014 and it says I weighed 13.11 then ! But I'm sure my jeans fitted 😂

3littlebadgers I'm also 80kg and the biggest I've ever been, and am aiming to get back to 63kg. Spooky!

I've just joined Fat Girl Getting Fit group on Facebook for some group motivation.

@Draylon yup read this a few times .. totally get it but it isn't for me . Though I am limiting the bad bad stuff for Saturday .

Was dying for a sweet treat earlier a strawberry split is 70 calories I thought that was a lot so looked how many calories are in my sons strawberry laces and for three wisps of those it was a shocking 91 calories !!

I would eat that whole packet normally I am shocked but I think it's a light bulb moment.

250 ! Wow I do like wine never even thought about wine like that how ignorant .

Yes sweet tooth is a issue though I don't eat lots of things due to being a celiac. But I love nothing better then a bag of pick a mix which I can and will give up but not the wine 😉

Maybe have a bottle over a weekend rather then 3 ...

Ooh I like that saying Draylon definitely keeping note of that roll on weeks 4 and 8 Grin

Pragmatic how funny that we are the same weight and have the same goal. Any less than 62 and I look a bit ill, but then 65kg is my 'oh shit!' Weight. Knowing I'm 15kg more than my 'oh shit' weight is scary indeed Shock
