Decided that I need to sort my self out ! clothes all feel tight I refuse to buy anything bigger.I have tried SW WW in the past i normally get to a point then give up .This time I've decided to just weigh in on a Monday and stick to a calorie limit.downloaded a calorie counter app to keep track ( all ready a eye opener !)I know I don't eat really really bad but I do over eat and drink far to much wine .Any one else started today ? 😀 any top tips ?
