Diet Pills - Which Ones??

I know you should stay away from diet pills but i need a quick fix. Has anyone got some advice?

For fucks sake.

Pills don't make you lose weight.

I've lost 10.5lbs in three weeks with slimming world.

How much do you need to lose and by when? SW is based on eating lean protein and fruit / veg. Could you try that?
