I eat healthy, and walk to work but I know I need to do more exercise. I've fallen off the wagon recently.Between work and the kids a gym will not work for me and I find running so boring.
I read a moving article on the BBC last week about how we need to be more active people and even though I'm happy with my body I know I need to move and exercise more.
I know that it will help my metabolism, mental health, sleep patterns and heart, but it can be a bit lonely doing it alone :(
SO: I've just set up a tribe on flex and I'm looking for other mums to come on the journey with me!?
