Hi everyone

I was wonseeing if anyone can give me any weight loss tips

So I am 5'2 and weigh 10stone 5lbs
I know I am not obease but I do need to loose weight. Like most women I have found it hard to loose the pounds after having my son but as he is nearly 2 years old I can't use the " I have just had a baby " line lol.
I have been cutting down on calories and for the first week lost 4lbs but now I have stopped loosing any weight.
I work at night cleaning so I am active and run around after my son all day.
I just really want to be slimmer for summer and feel better about my self.
My partner dosnt mind my weight and loves me how I am but I just hate my flab !
Any tips would really help xx

How long have you been doing for? Also bear in mind that you're on the lighter end of overweight, so it's not as easy to lose weight as someone who is obese

About 4 weeks now.
Oh right I didn't know that ! Do you know why that is? X

Nope, i actually don't know the reason, but I've read that's how it works! Losing weight in my opinion is simple maths, you have to create a deficit. If your body is used to that excercise, then you have to either be more active or cut more calories. Cutting down to 1500 is doable, anything below that you should consult with your GP. Oh and for every 3500 calories you don't eat you (in theory!) Lose 1 lb
