I am at my Slimming World target weight, but still appear "flabby" and untoned: may be due to my age (53), but I look better clothed, IYSWIM.
I have booked in for an aqua aerobics class to try at my gym, as it's something that I fancy trying: has anyone found that these classes have helped them to tone up?
