So far I have lost just over 50lb which feels like a lot. I 'only' have about 10lb to go and yet I have been faffing about losing and putting back on the same 5lb since November!
Has anyone else been in the same situation and then cracked it? So far all of my weigh loss has been down to massively changing what, why, when and how I eat on a permanent basis rather than 'going on a diet'.
