I have just worked out i need to lose 5 stone in order to be the ideal weight for my height! Since having my ds 7 mths ago i have piled on a stone (actually went back to what i was before after having him).
It isn't that i eat too much, it is that i eat crap, easy to grab things, as i never seem to have time to make something proper ( 3 YO and 7 mth old), i am starting weight watchers on Thurs.
So how much have you lost? and how did you lose it?
