I've just read that the calorie amount has gone up by 200 on fast days. So 700 for women and 800 for men.
What do I do on other days?
I'm really trying to eat better after a terrible year where I just lived off toast.
I'm eating recipes from Joe Wicks fit in 15 book.
Very easy and healthy to follow.
