Tomorrow am going to start her 14 day mini detox as I have to do something drastic!! Would be great to have some support & other mums join me - especially for when my 3dd's have totally pushed me to the limit!
Any-one??

Hi Shagirl

How is it going???
I started the detox on Monday too, but I am aiming for at least 28 days

I did the 28 day detox about 4 years ago (pre children) and like yourself I found it worked really well.

I'm not following the day to day meal plans but only eat food that is allowed on the detox.

Hope you are doing well.

run through the basic rules - is it:

no dairy
no wheat
no meat
no caffine
no alcohol

if so I will give it a couple of weeks as have 5lbs that just won't go!

Hello

Yes that is the basic rules of the detox.

Obviously the tougher you are about sticking to the rules the greater outcome - I hope anyway

Depending on how much tea/coffee you normally drink, going without caffeine does give major headaches to start with - today has been my best day, so I'm hoping tomorrow will be headache free!!!!

Good Luck

TTM
