is my true weight is before i eat anything? (weigh before breakfast)

as im 9lb lighter now!! as i weighed myself yesterday in the middle of the afternoon

weigh yourself at same time each week, preferably in morning as this is your true weight , if you ate breakfast it woyuld be weight plus bowl of cereal IYSWIM?, my weight fluctuates wildly day to day, but you only really tell weekly at same time and in same room with same scales(on flat hard surface, carpet makes em wobble!)HTH and well done on weight loss

its a new scale that ive got and im just watching my portions since from yesterday as ive gained a stone since a year ago. so i wanted to know whats my weight is now

oh its those fancy electronic ones that we got from lidl - its fab as it tells u ya how much you got in muscles/fat/water and weight

oh no, weve got some like that, make you feel worse dont they!..weigh yourself in morn and see how youve done since first weighing..hope its good news
and..with those ones, dp's BMI hasnt changed and hes put a stone on!!!and they were expensive too!, so dont take thema s gospel!..personally mine show me as being 15 1/2 stone, i think theyre wrong, i couldnt possibly be an ounce over 9 1/2!
