i dont know about videos so no help there, but to tone up relly quickly, ditch the car, and walk. if you go evry where by walking, it will take longer to do do stuff certainly, but you will tone up within a week.
my dc school is 1.5 miles away. wehn the y car broke down and we had to do evreything like this, and buses, i toned up in four days. sure my legs felt as if they were going to ffall off, and i ws very glad when the cr came back, but it did tone me up.

I've heard people say that the Nell Mcandrews one is supposed to be good.

Kitty, if you want to tone up, Davina MaCall's My 3x30 minute work out DVD is excellent.

The toning section combines weights and cardio exercise so helps you to burn fat at the same time as toning up. The cardio box section focuses on kickboxing exercise so you will get a good cardio workout. There are also some tummy and arm exercises. The core stability section is about working on your inner core muscles that will tighten the ab region and strenthen your upper and lower body.

I also have 2 of Nell MCandrew's DVD - Peak Energy and Ultimate Impact. They both have hardcore high impact aerobic sections for fat burning followed by toning sections for arms and abs. If you are fairly fit, you will find these quite hard but you don't have to complete them to start feeling the benefits.

Just to add, if you do these 3 or 4 times a week plus go for long walks in addition to watching your calorie intake, you will lose weight and tone up.

Well done Flumpybumpy(great name btw). If you want to, join us on the exercise buddies thread for extra motivation because lots of us use Davina's DVD.

I have bought the Vicki Entwistle one ( Janice Battersby from Corrie) that is really good and you feel as though you have done something , she looks great now
There is a warm up , then the cardio bit , then tone up , belly shrink and then the cool down . I can only manage 10 minutes of the cardio one as it is hard but I can manage the other bits but I will just work my way up on the cardio bit.
