What food can you not resist, that you go to in times of stress or something you always crave and end up giving in to when you know you shouldn't?

Mine is ham sandwiches with mayonnaise - a ridiculous choice I know.

Cheese and crackers
Cheese and grapes
Cheese and wine
Cheese, cheese, cheese 🧀
My family call me Wallace (as in Wallace anc Gromit) all the time because I love cheese so much Blush

PurpleDaisies · 20/02/2017 23:02

Crisps, cheese, nice bread and crackers.

oldlaundbooth · 20/02/2017 23:04

Portion side. Healthy food, too much of it.

That and cake- choc, carrot, date and Walnut etc. Just can't stop.

Crisps....bags and bags of crisps. And just about everything else!

JennyOnAPlate · 20/02/2017 23:06

Sauvignon blanc

SorenLorensonsInvisibleFriend · 20/02/2017 23:07

Biscuits. All the biscuits. I have to make cups of green tea sometimes to avoid the neeeeeed to dip biscuits into a cup of real (decaf) tea.

Anything with butter is just a win for me. And a lose for the scales!

Isadora2007 · 20/02/2017 23:08

Isadora2007 · 20/02/2017 23:09

Eminybob · 20/02/2017 23:09

In my defence I am 1/4 French

Crisps. Also wine. And toast...

DramaAlpaca · 20/02/2017 23:12

Cheese and wine. And crisps.

I'm not bothered about chocolate, cake or biscuits at all and never miss them, but I just love cheese, wine and crisps.

notyounanbread · 20/02/2017 23:12

busyboysmum · 21/02/2017 00:06

Full English, Chinese, fish n chips.

Also Haagen Daas icecream.

plumstone · 21/02/2017 09:13

anything savoury - cheese, crisps, olives, and wine - Also the volume of food - can go for months with the correct portions and well balanced meals but then its binge city!!!

Oddly still have Christmas and birthday chocolate in a cupboard which I can see being good friends with the soon to arrive easter chocolate and residing indefinitely in my kitchen!!!

ClashCityRocker · 21/02/2017 09:17

Takeaways.

And none of this fakeaway shite.

And wine.

They just go hand in hand. If I didn't drink wine, I wouldn't say 'hey, let's get pizza!'. I appreciate there is an obvious solution here....

Scribblegirl · 21/02/2017 09:21

What Clash said Smile

I can stick to 1200 - 1500 calories during the week easily - keeping busy at work, filling my evenings with things to do, not drinking. It's the second that I hit Friday and open a bottle of wine that it all goes pear-shaped...

QueSera · 21/02/2017 09:42

Crisps. Huge bags of crisps. My nemesis. The only food that i have no 'off switch' with.

clumsyduck · 21/02/2017 09:43

All of it Grin

Aducknotallama · 24/02/2017 21:59

Wine, wine and more wine. Also crisps, bread and cheese

WhisperedLoudest · 24/02/2017 22:03

Dontstayoutsideinthiscold · 24/02/2017 22:13

Cheese and bread

73kittycat73 · 25/02/2017 01:40

Cake and chocolate. I have a bag full of white chocolate in the kitchen that I got for Christmas. It's hidden away though so I can't see it, that seems to work...mostly. Grin
