I trained as a fitness instructor last year, but can't really do anything with it until my daughter starts nursery. In the meantime I've set up an Instagram page with ideas for fitness at home using things around the house to keep fit, even when you're a busy full time mum! It's become a bit of a hobby of mine. Hopefully it might be of some use to some of you. I've devised a few workouts that can be done using
