Am planning to lose quite a lot of weight this year (2 - 3 stone) and am wondering which exercises people have found actually work for toning up boobs (which have breastfed 2 babies!), tummy and bingo wings? Wink

Not sure if you want to exercise at home or go to a class but I found a physio who does post-natal specific classes and these have been great! I really trust her to make sure I'm using the right technique on each exercise, and it's a small class of just post-natal women so not intimidating.

If you can't get out to a class, maybe look online for post-natal exercises?

Hi, I was looking for toning exercises for boobs and arms too. I found these two on youtube:

I've done the chest one, just one round of three so far. (Starting slowly and working up so I don't give up. Just getting used to exercising.) Good luck! Smile
