I have ballooned from a 10 to 16, (small frame so on me it is ballooned)
Because of reflux and bad heartburn I now take Omezaprole, without it I couldn't eat anything - with it I still can't eat pulses, grains, cereal, pastry/pie crust, they just upset my stomach too much.
Family diet leans a lot on meat and veg with rice,pasta, bread but I know these carbs are not good when trying to lose weight. But is there a meal plan/diet that doesn't exclude them?
