I've joined the 10/10 fruit and veg thread this week and am eating more fruit and veg now and am snacking less the last few days unless its fruit/raw veg so hopefully next week will see a weight drop.

Thank you Smalline! No more, no less for me. Well done Tortoise with the fruit and veg - you just have to get used to snacking on them instead, and you generally feel much better after the first sugar cravings ease off.

Thanks Heavybee for the chart. I will take it over if you like. I'll need a few guidance notes if poss. My knowledge of excel is pretty basic. I attempted to update the latest chart you sent us but made a right mess of it.
Another lb bit the dust this week taking me to 11st 11. The extra exercise class is finally paying off.

Heavybee - I don't mind having the chart monitor title back. Is that OK with everyone else? I don't want to step on anyones toes.

12st 8lbs again here. No change but I've just started back to work full-time and have a brisk 20 minute walk every morning to the bus-stop so hopefully that will help.
