I've been looking at this book on Amazon but too sure what it involves - can anyone tell me what her approach is? What is the programme? Has anyone tried it?

We have a thread running already, so come and join us if you are intrigued.
Her plan is basically low carb and high in protein, fruit and veg, and lots of quick and easy recipes. She says 6 weeks of changing your lifestyle and doing her plan 100% and then relaxing to about 80% of the time. I don't think its particularly radical but it is accessible.
Some of us are getting good results - regular weight loss and real improvements in skin.
She also encourages regular hiit routines, lots of sleep, and destressing your life.
I started off using an app rather than the book as a taster, but there are more recipes in her books.

Thanks for your reply - I have ordered the book. The distressing aspect interests me - I'm going through a really stressful time at the moment and this is really getting in the way of my weight loss efforts.
