Big event 20th May - help!

I need some advice and want to build up a plan for the next three months.

I've got a big event on in May and desperately need to lose weight for it. I'm about 16 stone 3 lbs at the moment. I don't do much exercise. I don't tend to binge. I eat too many carbs. I don't eat enough fruit/veg. I drink a couple of glasses of wine most days - I know this has to stop for all sorts of reasons. I'm worried I'm going to be diabetic so I want to stop all sugar.

Low carb really works for me but I always get stuck on breakfast. I could go swimming/for a walk every day. I can eat anything you recommend. I could do a cabbage soup kind of kick off if that would help.

I need help to set up what to do (without making it too difficult) and encouragement to keep going, so plan to keep this thread going until the date itself, when I'll be over to Style & Beauty for advice there!

What would you do if you were me?

I do well on Weight watchers no count - basically not much carb and loads of fruit and veg. Lost 2.5stone in 7 months, also done couch to 5k which has improved my fitness - I am an exercise phobe 😀

Couch to 5K is something I'd love to do in the future, but I don't feel fit enough for it yet. I think I'll sign up for swimming, if I can face the walk of shame into the pool!

I think it's carbs that's causing the problem. I'm not binging and my portions aren't huge, but I eat too much bread.
