Hi,
I started slim fast on Tuesday. (The 321 Plan)

Anyone else doing this?
Please no negative comments about slim fast, dieting etc.. Smile

I'm interested how other people are finding this plan or what they're eatin while on it..

How long do you plan to do it? I really need to do loose a stone but I don't know if I should call this my kick start or just keep going till the stone is off. What do you guys think?

The way I made going you would lose a stone in about 4 weeks!!! Honestly.
Tonight is my treat night - pizza on route!! Yeasss lol.
I'm sticking to it as it's working for me and I'm finding it easier than other diets or just healthy eating because it's there, , calories counted and you no where you're at with slim fast.
It's defiantly taught me about my calorie intake for sure!!!!

Started slim fast on New Year's Day and just hit a stone off earlier this week Grin I've been having 2 ready made SF shakes each day (mon-fri); one as my breakfast and one as lunch. No snacks just tea/coffee and lots of water then a decent dinner. Finally a Cadbury Highlights hot chocolate for pudding.

I am logging on MFP and stick to the calories it gives me although I do eat some of my calories earnt from my steps (added by my Fitbit). I finish in the green though every weekday. I've allowed myself two or three meals at weekends and end up in the red those days but this is offset by the green calories I have left over from Mon-Fri which I got by doing my 10,000 steps per day so for the week I am almost bang on or under the right number of calories for the 2lbs per week loss it gives.

Never drunk so much water. At least 2 litres per day. I'm sure that's helping.

Hi ladies!
I started my slim fast journey Monday 29th Jan, I’ve lost 2lb in a week and for me I’m very chuffed with that as a start go! I’m currently having
X1 shake in the morning befor the school run or as I get to work at 9am,
Then I’m working till 1pm so I have my other shake about 1.20. Then nothing until dinner which I normally just eat a slimming world meal from Iceland as I just find that easier for me, however! Some days I will snack inbetween on healthy things chopped carrots or celery or a slim fast snack bar. Today’s been a shit day I’ve just wanted to eat everything in sight!!!! I went abit of plan as I had chopped carrots and celery and slim fast cheesy triangles and I’ve had a cup of tea with a tiny sprinkle of sugar, I’m not going to let that get to me though as I’ve been in plan all week I just struggled today as it’s a Sunday at home with little one all day tomorrow is a new day and I will be back on plan. However I did so 30mins of cardio and weights today so I suppose that helped! I’m thinking about cutting the snacks and just having two shakes a day and a meal at night has anyone else just done it without snacks? All week I’ve only had about 900 calories a day

I dident get the starter pack I just bought 3 boxes of powder to make shakes as they were in the sale I found that easier to just kick start me for the month all the best I hope it works for you xx

I weighed myself this morning I've lost 4lb 3 in a weeek but I've seen people who have lost 11lb in a week on this am I doing somthing wrong does anyone have the answers lol

Hi Pink. I've been doing the 321 plan for about 2 weeks and have lost 6 pounds. I'm away for the weekend so having a break off plan.

It's been easier than I thought. I've just bought some exante shakes but will be sticking to the 321 plan. The exante shakes are nicer and there are more flavours. I got mine off ebay and also from exante website.

I have found it hard to eat all the calories. I have only needed 2 snacks a day. I must admit i have used my snack calories on vodka.

I do have the sljmfast snack bars, but I have found having my own snacks such as fruit or rice cakes more filling and a lot cheaper.

How are you getting on with the plan?

Just seen your reply - I’m on day 5. Finding it fairly easy and feel like I’m losing weight but (TMI...sorry in advance)....I’ve got really bad wind. It’s so bad that it’s putting me off!
I plan to weigh in Friday morning and then decide whether to continue for another week.
You’re doing great....6lbs is awesome. Do you mind me asking how much you have to lose? I’m aiming for a stone.

Hi Pink. Im currently hovering between 10st 5 and 10st 3. I want to get to 9st 7, so about 12lbs to go.

Im currently sticking with the exante shakes, i just couldnt face drinking the same slimfast strawberry every day.

Are you eating the Slimfast meal bars? apparently a lot report wind problems with them, they dont seem to affect me

Let us know how you have done when you weigh in

Well I got weighed this morning....and I’ve lost 7lbs! I’m thrilled!

The wind is still bad Blush but I’m going to keep it up for another week I think and then maybe drop to one Slimfast shake a day with 2 low cal meals.

I’d like to lose another 7lbs by the end of March and then another few pounds before my holiday.

Thats a fantastic loss. I was away last weekend for 3 nights so not expecting a big loss this week. I always have at least 1 night off plan as well.

I usually go to the gym several times but not been able to this week. I'm hoping for a good week next week. The 2 snow days haven't helped its so hard with the children about not to pick at their leftovers.

I'm going to stick to the plan for another couple of weeks.

I'm not sure then whether to go down to just one shake a day or stick to plan for just 4 days a week and relax for 3 days.

Hey! I started on Monday. Was going to do slimming world by myself but as the slim fast was on offer I thought it would work out cheaper than buying loads of healthy food!!! Going to try not to weigh myself for a couple of weeks as no doubt my Sunday night 'last supper' binge will hit at some point 🙈 According to the website I should reach my target weight by mid July.... hopefully!!
