Saw your wedding dress piccy! God you look good misses!

Give me your tips, meal ideas, anything you have so i can lose weight! Am now 10 stone 11 ish. Same as you i think. Must lose a stone by April - is this possible?

havent really got any meal ideas, tbh im just eating what i used to, but more salad on the plate and less of the main bit of the meal.

ill have brekkie, toast, or cereal. grab something quick for lunch a tuna sarnie or something and just have my normal meal at night but half of what i used to, and im still taking those actislim

i think its possible to loose a stone by april,maybe mid april.

im aiming for 10 stone (so about 11 lbs to go) then once im there i will have a review and see if i want to go some more
