Grilled fish and salad..
My DH wanted chippy tea last night and as i also fancied a fish i just pull one from the freezer (yes for convenience and storage) and stick it under the grill in foil with a blob of butter amd whatever herbs to soak in.
Serve with a lazy persons prepared in the box salad. Sooo easy Grin

I have the catered fish and mushy peas. Still quite a few calories but not too bad if I keep it down the rest of the day.

onlyconnect · 30/01/2017 21:14

I mean battered of course.

gamerchick · 30/01/2017 21:18

You can still have fish and chips. Just take all the batter off the fish ala slimming world.

RJnomore1 · 30/01/2017 21:20

Get the fish eat it out of the batter and it's just like having steamed fish.
