cherries? lychees? The man in liverpool st station does nice ones and they are quite reasonable.

Good luck - and well done for going back.

The boots shapers range does some nice choccie bars that are about 100 cals - or you could get some skips type crisps - about 100 cals per bag - or a little bar of green & gold chocolate - about 125 cals per bar. Some dried fruit? A low fat smoothie? A couple of ww yoghurts or fromage frais (lovely and about 50 cals per pot)

Weightwatchers do a funky little wheel with calories and fat content that calculates the points for you. Does SW not have that?

hi lisalisa, i started at slimming world last night so today is my day one. and spookily my lunch was baked potato with cottage cheese (and salad). however, i'm now peckish because i usually snack on biscuits all afternoon. i have decided to make myself some tortilla chips i found a recipe for to see if they're nice ( Tortilla chips - Lightly cook some dried lasagne sheets in boiling water until just soft (approx 4 mins). Drain, dry and cut into triangles. Spray a baking tray with Fry Light, lay the lasagne triangles onto the baking tray and dust with cajan spice. Bake at 200 C until crisp.Take care! They burn easily. Serve with garlic fromage frais) it sounds good and sin free on a green day. on original days i'm going to cook some chicken and have that cold to pick on. i'm determined to be 100% on the programme for this first week so hope i should have a good weight loss! good luck to you! (and me!!)
