I'm trying hypnotherapy for general weight loss. Had first session last Saturday - haven't had sweets/chocolate/crisps since. I have had lots of fruit though and there are sugars in that.
I am also drinking more water and eating smaller portions. I'm hooked. Have booked four sessions - therapist was recommended.

I've had a similar problem, but not with sugar but chocolate in particular. I've tried various things until I found Zoe's website online. I can honestly say without her I wouldn't have given up even after all these years. Couple of sessions with her are literally changing lives. I cannot thank her enough for that. I strongly recommend her and her associates.

Hi Emily I am looking for somebody for hypnotherapy and so was interested in your post and have checked Zoe's website. Do you mind me asking what was the main thing it changed or how it seems to work? Thanks
