Healthy breakfasts - My Fitness Pal

I am using My Fitness Pal to get me back on track. I score quite well on lunch and dinner contents. However I have never done well on breakfast.
Please help with healthy breakfast ideas. I don't have a lot of time in the mornings so need to be quick.
Also I tend to snack on fruit when I'm being good so the sugar adds up. Is the only way to get a green score on breakfast to eat fruit?

I have scrambled eggs most days. They are quite good as it helps get my protein up and fills me up for hours. They are quick and you can add anything to them too.
