Hi everyone
I am looking to go back or as close as i can to my pre pregnancy weight my youngest is a year old now and im up 1.5 stone from pre pregnancy. The weight is mainly all on my stomach, hips, bum and thighs although i have increased cup size on my boobs from a c to a dd.
I am 5ft and currently weigh 8.2 stone 52.2 kg i am looking to be between 7-7.5 stone. I already have a very balanced and healthy diet and i have very little sugar in my diet. I dont do much excercise as i do have 3 little ones 4,3 and 1 years old.
Can any recommend any tips or techniques to help me along my way. I go on holiday at the end of june so ideally would like to be at my goal weight by then.
